Hands-on experience
Unlike most culinary programs, where students are left to find extern sites on their own and then learn from them what they can, students at the Culinary Center of Monterey will participate in prestigious culinary events under the direct supervision of a chef instructor. These events not only grant real world experience in a variety of venues, but also present students with a chance to "show their stuff" to some of the most prestigious Chefs in the Country.
